4月16日，中国社科院财经战略研究院国际经贸研究室主任张宇在中新社举行的“国是论坛：2024年一季度经济形势分析会”上表示，去年中国外贸承压很大部分是因为一些地缘政治的风险，今年这些情况会出现一些变化。例如，美国推动“脱钩”并没有能够给盟友带来实质性好处，反而造成了国内比较严重通胀的压力，一些国家关乎未来潜力发展的投资项目，像5G基建的建设、光伏、新能源的建设也随之遇到阻碍，导致其在跟随美国经济政策时产生游移和观望。在这种情况下，去年对中国出口造成影响的负面因素今年料将有所减弱。(李晓喻 高琰瑭 制作 刘鹏）
