中新网4月16日电 据“遵义审判”微信公众号消息，2024年4月16日，遵义市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了贵州省住房和城乡建设厅原厅长张鹏受贿一案。
遵义市人民检察院起诉指控，1999年至2023年5月，被告人张鹏利用担任贵州省建设厅副厅长，贵州省住房和城乡建设厅副厅长、厅长等职务上的便利，为相关人员在承接工程项目、办理规划审批手续等方面提供帮助，非法收受他人财物共计折合人民币2442万余元，其中1218万余元未实际取得。检察机关提请以受贿罪追究张鹏的刑事责任。
庭审中，检察机关出示了相关证据，被告人张鹏及其辩护人进行了质证，控辩双方在法庭的主持下充分发表了意见，张鹏进行了最后陈述，并当庭表示认罪认罚。本案将择期宣判。
