4月19日，随着装载7万吨电煤的“粤电7”轮缓缓离开秦皇岛港，驶向广东汕尾港，粤冀电煤运输“八优”快线正式启动。粤冀电煤运输航线是连接北方煤炭产区和南方电力消费区的重要海运通道。由广东、河北两地海事部门推出的粤冀电煤运输"八优”快线将对该航线上的港口、船舶、企业在窗口政务、进出港计划等办理、审核方面提供8项优先服务举措，进一步保障能源海运供应链安全稳定。下一步，粤冀海事部门将着力打造统一完善的协调机制、高效互联的智能平台、稳定畅通的保障体系，推进交流互鉴、优势互补、合作互惠，全力构建国家重点能源物资海上运输安全保障新格局。(肖光明 李洋 赵春龙 吴茜 制作 岳子岩）
